      Tuesdays: 5:00 to 7:00 PM

      Wednesdays: 6:00 to 8:00 PM

  • Mindfulness, Emotions and Effectiveness Training (MEET) (for adults only)

    Mindfulness, Emotions and Effectiveness Training (MEET) is a skills-training group that is based on the skills taught in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Participation is appropriate for people who do not necessitate Comprehensive DBT. For more information please click here.

    • Schedule of MEET Groups:

      Wednesdays: 5:30-7:00 PM

      Thursdays: 1:00-2:30 PM

  • DBT Graduate Group (for adults only)

    A support group for clients who have completed Stage I DBT skills group and who want to continue to strengthen and generalize skills in managing distress and problems of daily living, with a special focus on building mastery and increasing compassion towards themselves and others. This group also helps clients work towards their life worth living goals in areas such as education, work, relationships, spirituality, health, sexuality and sobriety.

    • Clients need to have graduated from a DBT Skills Training Group and have a fundamental knowledge of the skills.  Clients outside of SFDBT need to be referred by a DBT therapist that they have worked with in the past or are currently in treatment with.
