SCHEDULE OF MEET GROUPS

Mindfulness, Emotions and Effectiveness Training (MEET) is a skills-training group that is based on the skills taught in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Participation is appropriate for people who do not necessitate Comprehensive DBT. For more information please click here.

Advanced Emotion Regulation Skills Training Group

This group is for clients who have completed a DBT Skills Training Group at SFDBT and are interested in continuing with an in-depth skills training program that focuses solely on the Emotion Regulation skills of DBT. (Mondays 6:30-7:45 PM)
